All orders are delivered via the Courier Service Porta-Porta Taximetafores Elta within 1 - 2 days from order placement. In exceptional and rare cases, where there is no local Office of the above courier company, your order will have to be collected from the local Postal Office. In all cases though shipment is handled by the above courier company.

All orders with a value of 60,00€ and above, are free of shipping costs for all payment means. COD orders have a 2,80€ surcharge. Orders with a value of 59,99€ and below, with payment via Credit/Debit Card, PayPal or Bank Deposit, the shipping cost is 3,20€, and via Cash On Delivery the shipping cost is 4,95€ (3,20€ + 2,80€ COD fee).

Delivery is 1-2 days from order placement. Your order may take longer only in the event that one of the items on your order is currently out of stock. In this case though, we will always contact you.

Yes of course. Orders are always sent to the address filled out in the “Shipping Address” field. We currently only deliver items to addresses within Greece. In the event that you would like an order shipped to another country, please contact us (email: ). If you would like to send an item as a gift, simply select one of the following payment options: Credit/Debit Card, PayPal or Bank Deposit.

The procedure is very simple and quick. You may either: register as a new member or select the option “quick checkout”. In the former case, on registering you receive an email with a code for 5% discount on all your orders for one year. For the second option, all payment options apply with the exception of (COD). cash on delivery.

Please note that if you plan on coming by for your purchases, it is a good idea to call beforehand and reserve the items you are interested in. This way, you can rest assured that the items will be available for you.

We are quite sure that you will be satisfied with your purchases. In the event though that you wish to return or exchange an item purchased, please contact us. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase / shipping date. The returned item must be accompanied by a photocopy of the original payment receipt. The returned item and its packaging, labels, etc must be in perfect, unused condition. Please place the item to be returned along with all its packaging in a box or wrapping material, similar to the packaging it was received in. This ensures that the item is returned in an excellent, resaleable condition. Please note sales items and hygiene items (eg. toilet seat, nappy, toothbrush, etc) cannot be returned. On receipt and confirmation that the above requirements have been met, we will proceed with refunding the value of the purchased item, either via credit/debit card, PayPal, bank deposit or via a postal cheque. The initial and return shipping costs are non refundable.

Due to unexpected high customer demands, some items may be indicated as “Coming Soon”. In this case, you may opt to be notified when it is back on stock. Enter your email address where indicated, and you will receive an automatically generated message when the product is back in stock.

Prices: We try our best to maintain our prices, but we reserve the right to adjust pricing which are due to external factors beyond our control.

Stock Availability: We do our best to ensure the availability of our products, and especially the best selling items. Regretfully though we sometimes may not succeed, resulting in stock shortage. In such an event, we always keep our customers informed on the progress.

Free Gift Wrap: We provide free gift wrapping. Please indicate if you would like an item gift wrapped during checkout in the “Comments” section and enter the code CC016.

The wall stickers can be removed from the wall without leaving any residue. No specials skills or equipment are required to create a beautiful wall scenery. Any smooth surface (wall, door, fridge, cupboards, etc) is perfect for placing wall stickers. Not suitable for placing on rough surfaces. Do not place stickers on a freshly painted wall. Allow at least 3 weeks before applying.

The Beginning

The company was established in 2005. Our aim was to help new parents by providing products which would make their life a little easier and free up more time to spend with the new members in their family, their babies. While at the same time our personal experience provided important insight in the needs of new parents. Hence, the reason why the company was named “Cosy Corner”.
