Cosy Corner reserves the right to amend or renew the terms and conditions relating to any exchange of communication via our online shop www.cosycorner.gr. The company is responsible for ensuring the users are made aware of any amendments in the use of the aforementioned. Amendments in the terms, does not affect orders already placed.

After entering an order you will receive an automated email in which are indicated the details of the order as entered. After the processing of the order you will receive a second confirmation email and the products will be dispatched. From this point of on, there is a binding contract between ourselves and the customer.
During the progress of order fulfillment, you will receive a series of automated messages which will indicate the progress of the order. These messages relate to the following steps: order processing the order, collection & packaging, issue of receipt / invoice, delivery to the courier company. In the case of a collection of an order from our Collection Point, you will receive a message that your order is ready for pickup. The automated messages may end up in your 'Spam', so please check regularly in this folder, add the email address to your “safe addresses” and check that you have not incorrectly spelt your email address on registration
In the event that we are unable to fulfill an order due to missing items, we will always contact you via email or telephone communication, prior to sending your order.
There is no way to disable the automated order updates, the mission of which is a prerequisite for the proper fulfillment of your order. It is the user’s responsibility, in the event that he/she does not receive these messages, to advise us immediately, according to the general conditions governing our binding contract. Orders are delivered as soon as possible and within no more than 1-3 days from order intake and confirmation. Products not available are clearly indicated as: Temporarily Out of Stock, Available Soon, etc. Expected delivery dates are provided, where no such information is shown, it is due to lack of information from the relevant supplier.
9. Refunds & Exchanges
Orders Shipped: If a customer wishes to exchange or return a product, please ensure that it is returned within 14 days from date of shipment, and it should be accompanied by a photocopy of the receipt / invoice.
The returned item must be unused, and in the perfect condition in which it was received, as well as the product’s packaging, packaging materials and special markings (tags, instructions, etc). Please place the product and the manufacturer's packaging in extra packaging or wrapping, in order to ensure that the product and its packaging, is protected from damage during the return process. Products on sale as well as sanitary items such as toiletries (toilet seats, toothbrushes, bathing suits, etc.) cannot be returned. Returns are accepted only if sent as registered mail to the address: Returns Dept., Cosy Corner, 26 klm Leoforos Marathonos.
If the above conditions are met, the company will immediately proceed to refund the value of the product by postal check, credit card, PayPal, or via Bank Deposit, depending on the means by which the initial payment of the order was made. The initial shipping and packaging costs and the costs of returning the product are non-refundable. Please ensure the instructions for returns are adhered by, thereby ensuring that your returned item will be accepted.
Collection Point: If you would like to exchange or return a product , please ensure that it is returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. No cash refunds. Please ensure you have your purchase receipt or invoice. The returned item must be unused, and in the perfect condition in which it was purchased, as well as the product’s packaging, packaging materials and special markings (tags, instructions, etc). Products on sale as well as sanitary items such as toiletries (toilet seats, toothbrushes, bathing suits, etc.) cannot be returned
10. Faulty / Defective Product - Supplier & Seller Responsibility
a) The producer of every product that a customer purchases is liable for any defective products.
b) Cosy Corner as a seller, has all the obligations towards the customer, as indicated by the Civil Code. In case of a defective product we have sold, a customer can (i) request for repair without additional charge, replacement with another item unless this is impossible or requires a disproportionate expenditure (ii) to ask for a price reduction and (iii) to withdraw from the binding contract unless the defect is immaterial. The above obligations do not apply if the defect has occurred due to improper use. In all cases, any defective items returned, must be accompanied by the necessary documentation, i.e. purchase receipt / invoice, etc.
11. Order Cancellation
In addition to the provisions of Withdrawal as indicated in Article 9, the cancellation of orders may additionally be made in the following cases: Before you complete the order, during the electronic order process you can go back «back» and remove the quantities of products from your cart by clicking the button "remove". (Cash on Delivery) - Payment upon receipt of order. Payment will be made in cash directly to our courier Partner staff member, at the point of delivery. This payment option is applicable only within Greece.
Payment on Pick-up from our Collection Point - Selecting this payment option, you can pay on picking up your order from our Collection Point. The order remains available for collection up to 4 days. Payment options: cash.
13. Product Pricing
The pricing policy of Cosy Corner products is the same irrespective of the distribution channel: online store, catalogs, collection point. However, some products may have the indication “Web Offer" on our online shop, where the price may differ from what is indicated at our other distribution channels. If you wish to pass by our Collection Point and purchase directly from there a Web Offer you have seen on our online store, we recommend that you check if the same web price is applicable for an on-the-spot purchase (Customer Service 2294077272). In all cases, we make every effort to accurately display the product characteristics and prices, but we not exclude the possibility of technical or typographical errors that may have escaped our attention or may have occurred unintentionally or due to any downtime of the site on grounds beyond our control or jurisdiction.

Delay in Delivery - Cosy Corner is not responsible for any delay or failure of implementation of our obligations to you, if the delay or failure is due to a reason beyond our jurisdiction, control or /and responsibility.
Product Availability - Every effort is made to ensure the availability of products, especially products for which there is a high demand (best sellers), but sometimes we may not succeed resulting in a shortage of supplies. In such cases, there is always an update in the product status provided.
